A near-decade at Blizzard (rising to VP across the Warcraft, StarCraft and Diablo franchises) made Roper one of the industry's best-known producers. After co-founding Flagship Studios, he joined Cryptic as executive producer and design director of Champions Online, later led Marvel games at Disney, served as CCO at Improbable, and founded Lunacy Games in 2024.
