Few designers have covered more of the genre's range: Shadowbane (2003) was the era's boldest experiment in player-driven conquest, Wizard101 (2008) brought the MMORPG to kids and families at enormous scale, and Crowfall (2021) fused the two instincts into a campaign-based throne-war game. He co-founded ArtCraft Entertainment with Gordon Walton, and now works in AI outside the industry.
