Joey Ziolkowski

Started Toontown Rewritten in 2013 at age fifteen, after Disney announced Toontown Online's closure, and led the volunteer team that reverse-engineered and revived the game — growing it past two million registered users while keeping it donation-free and ad-free. Per Wired's 2024 feature he is now a professional game designer who still volunteers on the project.
