With Digital Extremes since Warframe's beginning, Ford led its community management and live operations for a decade — while voicing the Lotus, the game's central guide — before taking over as creative director from Steve Sinclair in July 2022. She has since led Warframe through major expansions including 2025's The Old Peace, and Digital Extremes' TennoCon 2026 announcements still carry her as creative director.
