With Digital Extremes since Warframe's beginning, Ford led its community management and live operations for a decade — while voicing the Lotus, the game's central guide — before taking over as creative director from Steve Sinclair in July 2022. She has since led Warframe through major expansions including 2025's The Old Peace.
