The year's second time-locked server opens at 12:00 p.m. PT with the new Personal Loot ruleset, starting from all expansions up to and including The Serpent's Spine. Buried Sea unlocks 12 weeks later, then further expansions every eight weeks. A fresh economy and a level playing field for returning players.
